1 year old feeding schedule

My beardies are almost 1 year old and I was told to start alternating days between veggies and crickets at 9 months Is this right or not. If not what should I feed them and how often?

I would offer a salad every day but at that age I'd still offer a bug meal as well. After 12 months if their growth seems to be slowing you can start moving to every other day bugs and then every third day bugs by about 18 months or so.

My policy (used the same for Puff and Rex at the same age) is to give Peppa and Toothless (8.5 months old) each 12-14 medium crickets in the am, 6-8 medium crickets in the pm + greens and veg/salad EVERY DAY.

I'll maintain this for another 6 - 9 months while they are still growing strongly and still need lots of insect protein.
