    Dealing with tail rot

Hello Tracie! Yes, the rot has started to travel up his tail. I do keep a water dish in the tank. I need to get something to give me the reading on the humidity (getting that today). I've had these two dragons for 5 years. Both were rescues. When you say to use antibiotic ointment, are you...

    Handling after 'bed' time

Your "Harley" sounds like my Sunshine. She eats everything. I'm not sure of her weight right now. She's grown quite a bit since her last vet visit. She's a lil longer than your Harley and I bet she's could be possibly pushing 600 grams. She's a big girl. Enjoy the popping and know she's happy...

    Hello!

Hello! Looking for a good calcium, minus the D3. I bought some "Rep-Cal Herptivite Multivitamins". It looks like a really good supplement. My question is...this has calcium in it. Can this be used every day or should it be used only a couple of times a day. I use to do a multi almost every day...

    Handling after 'bed' time

All of my dragons have done it. One of my males will do it as soon as I pick him up. He's happy that he's with mom, outta the tank and going to bed with me. So, not all popping sounds are bad. lol! Now if you have some reason to think your beardie has a RI, than by all means get him to the vet...

    Handling after 'bed' time

Hello! I've had my dragons for 5 yrs now. I put them in my bed at their bed time. They sleep with me until I put them in their own bed. They love to cuddle and snuggle. Rosco sleeps on my chest and Wiley likes to scratch around the bed until she finds the warmth of me and lays beside me. I love...

    Hello!

Hello. Destiny! I don't know if I thanked you for your help so, "thank you"! I'm still syringe feeding and will continue if that's what I need to to keep her going. If you can't tell, I'm very committed to my dragons. Believe it or not, they watch tv and sleep with me until I put them to bed...

Looking for a good calcium and a multivitamin

I'm trying to clearify your post and "thank you" for your feedback. You dust your crickets/worms 5 days a week? The reason why I'm asking is....I was told and have read to do the opposite. Multivitamins thru the week and dust with calcium 2 to 3 times a week. Maybe I'm backwards! lol!

    loss of a beardie :(

I know how it is to lose a beardie. I lost my "Zip" last year in August. I'm glad you feel it time to get another. I just read where the guy tossed the dragons out. What a cruel monster. He needs to go to jail. At most, I would call the Humane Society or some sort of animal cruelty society (not...

    Dragon stopped eating

I have Reptiglo lites in the tank. I did see the article in which these lites are very hard on the eyes of the dragons and have spread the word to the ppl I know about that. I take the temp with a digital thermometer. As far as the dominance of the dragons, the one not eating is by far the more...
