Looking for a good calcium and a multivitamin

Does anyone know or has used "Rep-Cal Herptivite Multivitamins with beta carotene"? Is it a daily supplement or a supplement that should be used 2 to 3 times a week. Or...I'm looking for a good calcium supplement to use a couple time a week AND a good multi to use every day. Any suggestions?? I also have questions on "D3". Some ppl say give it and others say the dragons get it thru their lighting.

Herptivite is good as far as I know. It's a multivitamin that you provide 1 meal per day, 2 days per week. I've had good luck with Repashy Calcium supplements. You'll want to dust feeders in calcium 1 meal per day, 5 days per week. As far as D3 goes, it's kind of a gray area. The general rule I go by is provide Calcium with D3 if your UVB light is T8 or lower intensity. Don't provide D3 supplement with a high output T5 bulb or a Mercury Vapor bulb. The thinking is that the more intense (the actual intensity requirements are up in the air) UVB exposure allows them to produce D3 on their own.

I'm trying to clearify your post and "thank you" for your feedback. You dust your crickets/worms 5 days a week? The reason why I'm asking is....I was told and have read to do the opposite. Multivitamins thru the week and dust with calcium 2 to 3 times a week. Maybe I'm backwards! lol!

The calcium is 5x a week and the multivitamin is 2x a week.
