i know that heat pads/UTH are bad beacause a BD cannot feel heat through theyre belly. so would it be safe to attach one to a wall that he does not climb?

My BD is about 12/13 weeks old, I feed him on hoppers(baby locust) and greens mainly. But how many should I be feeding him per sitting? And how many times a day should he be fed, he's a growing boy after all. Thanks
