just dont over do it, like with people and vitamins, if you get the proper diet they are not needed , but you can over do a good thing, i would not do more than once a week, feed a great diet and let nature do the rest,

one thing to add, just my to cents, i think natural, organic, when possible is best, baby food is for babies, i would stick with natural foods if possible, greens, crickets, superworms ect

just like us, different food makes different poop, mine love mustard greens, keep giving them a variady . collard, mustard, turnip sqash, stay clear of spinage, and kale ony somtimes, had one lady who bought a baby tell me hers love bananas, ans it lived over 12 yr old, variady is spice of life

Sounds like your doing everything right, as far as gaping i use a spray bottel to mist them when they get hot I have gotten concerned when mine havent pooped but it allways worked its way out as long as it is going in it will eventually come out
