Oh my gosh, glass dancing driving me INSANE

I'm definitely sleeping in the basement until college starts, this is insanity. I have a migraine this morning thanks to his shenanigans. He also smeared poo ALL OVER the cage...

Oh my gosh, glass dancing driving me INSANE

Possibly! I did laugh though when a helicopter went by outside, I swear the poor thing looked like he was having a seizure! Running into the glass until he finally lied down flat with his head under his basking platform lolol!

Oh my gosh, glass dancing driving me INSANE

True true...though I would have to edit out the part where he poops and it smells goshawful and I'd be cleaning it out with a disgusted look on my face... (Don't worry, he's been to the vet for it and such). Maybe I should just put paper towels on the bottom of his cage, maybe then at least I...

Oh my gosh, glass dancing driving me INSANE

His lights still went out at 8.30, but I kept my room light(which keeps him up and a bit angry) so he was up until 10pm... I'm writing now to tell you the same behavior is happening. He literally stands up on two back legs and constantly tries to move forward. He woke me up at 7.15 running into...

Oh my gosh, glass dancing driving me INSANE

He's about 2 and a half years old. I actually have the probe in his cage all day, its velcro'd to his basking rock, so I get readings throughout the day. And no I haven't actually, you think it will help?

Oh my gosh, glass dancing driving me INSANE

I'll try bringing him out of his tank. I like to open the window(screen is there) and put him on the windowsill while the sun is shining through. Usually when he runs around, he actually has the best colors ever. Bright white and yellow... And I will consider covering the tank. Don't know if...

Oh my gosh, glass dancing driving me INSANE

Well he did it again this morning. 7am on the dot, running around, poops, then runs all over it and rams into the walls. He tries climbing up the glass and slams his nose into the glass. I don't have a background up, and i don't think putting gone up will help because he occasionally does the...

Oh my gosh, glass dancing driving me INSANE

Not sure, temps are around the 80s. He's been on anti-diarrheal medication so I keep it up to help him, his lights just went off an hour ago and the thermometer reads 84.

Oh my gosh, glass dancing driving me INSANE

I use the accurite digital thermometer with probe. Reptisun 10.0 tube, only a few months old. I use ceramic heat emitter because my room gets freezing at night from the aircon because its so heavily insulated. And his lights are on at 8.30am and off at 8.30, but his behavior starts at 7.

Oh my gosh, glass dancing driving me INSANE

The hot side is 85 degrees steady, basking spot 97. Cool side is 70s. I put a towel "tent" in the cage and it seems so have stopped for a little bit. He's two and a half years old. Its just so annoying to be woken up every morning and having to shove my head under my pillow, and that doesn't...

Oh my gosh, glass dancing driving me INSANE

Okay so my dragon has been absolutely CRAZY for the past few weeks. Since I'm on my summer break, I ge to sleep in...but this little UGH won't let me! He wakes me up at 7 IN THE MORNING consistently on the dot, just jumping up the glass walls of his 40g and making loud thuds, pushing aside his...

    What could it be?

He eats the occasional gut loaded waxworms(sparingly, I know theyre fatty). I once fed him superworms, but last time I did, he was severely impacted and then got parasites. I only have access to crickets and waxworms. He eats butternut squash, yellow squash, and collard greens regularly.

    What could it be?

Hi guys, it's been a while. Some of you may remember that my dragon Grisha had parasites last fall and was on Panacur. He then went off food and I bought a probiotic to help with that. Well to this day his poops are even more ridiculously watery and stinky, so I sent in a fecal to the vet to...

Cool to see some Philadelphians! I saw this on craigslist a few days ago and just closed the window to the browser, couldn't take it.

Got everything for my new dragon!

So you'd rather listen to your friends that will also have sickly dragons than the hundreds of people on here that actually care about their animals? You seem like the type to just have a lizard for the sake of having one. An adult in a 10 gallon is like you in a large box. They need a cool side...

Got everything for my new dragon!

Woahh dear, you definitely need to read more on here before you set this up! You definitely do NOT want sand in an enclosure, too many risks for impaction! You can put down paper towels(I found this easy to clean, just replace the layer), or ceramic tiles(they keep heat in better). Sub adult...

Mouth rot? Or something of that kind.

Usually, sitting with the mouth open is just gaping, they do it to regulate their body temperature. Could you go over the setup, including lights and temps, and what you measure temps with?

I dont know what to do anymore!

Bit of an update: Grisha's been on the probiotic for two days, and wow, I'm pretty sure it's working! His appetite has gone crazy, he attacked his dandelion today with no hesitation. He's also been running around like crazy. He did poo today, it seemed to be more formed than usual, but still...

    Beardie not eating, I'm concerned

I'm sorry, but please refrain from giving advice. A 40 gallon breeder is a perfect sized tank for a bearded dragon. Also, mealworms are not a good feeder, especially for a dragon that is not eating. Showing love to a beardie would not get one to eat for you especially if the beardie is stressed...
