What could it be?

Hi guys, it's been a while.

Some of you may remember that my dragon Grisha had parasites last fall and was on Panacur. He then went off food and I bought a probiotic to help with that.

Well to this day his poops are even more ridiculously watery and stinky, so I sent in a fecal to the vet to get more Panacur. Get this: it came back NEGATIVE today! I have to bring him in for an appointment next week. I work, but not often and I don't get much, so I fear for large costs.

Does anyone have any idea what else could be the cause of this? He was lethargic a little while back, but now he's back to his usual self: basking, running around like crazy, eating well(he still goes absolutely nuts for crickets), and he's very attentive. Only symptom is runny, stinky, green poop.

Other than crickets, what is he eating?
Unfortunately, without having a blood panel done, you may never know why his poops are runny and stinky. It could be a number of things: issues with his digestive system, issues with him absorbing (nutritionally) what he eats, too much fluids, not enough heat, etc.

He eats the occasional gut loaded waxworms(sparingly, I know theyre fatty). I once fed him superworms, but last time I did, he was severely impacted and then got parasites. I only have access to crickets and waxworms.He eats butternut squash, yellow squash, and collard greens regularly.
