Definatly hornworms because they have a lot of protien and very little fat (most of the time only 3%) And plus they don't have the harder outer shell that supers do that have beenknown to cause impactation

I believe that it is a girl. Look at the bumps on the back legs dose it look like there are tiny holes or just bumps that is how I finnaly determined mine is a female ( males have the bumps with little dot lookin things (pores) and the females are just bumps). Good luck and let us know
