Brandon, I have the actual hood. Thanks for the help so far. One viv has a mesh lid and the other is a wooden enclosure. My head is spinning trying to figure this out.

Anyone care to share how they rigged their Reptisun bulb inside of their viv? I bought hoods, but I'm having trouble setting them up in the viv. Thanks in advance for your help.

My two like butternut squash in their food. They tend not to eat it as well as when I shread it into smaller pieces. The same goes for cantaloupe. Mine also will go for some thinly sliced bananas. They eat all around anything else, which is sad because I LOVE fruit and I would love sharing with...

Those are correct places to take temperatures. Try to feed your buddy often. If you don't have a good eater, you may want to offer different feeders. Some just aren't fond of crickets. Also, I would make sure you remove that water dish and remove your dragon from the viv and bathe them that way...

You should also remove the water. That could create dangerous humidity levels for him as well.

Sometimes when they shed, they aren't up to eating much. I'm glad he's okay!
