None. Supers however, you can if you wish, offer 2 a day. Just remember to dust those with your calcium each time. Hope that helps out !

Might I suggest that instead of apples... you can offer 1/2 of an orange ? Oranges do "things" to the roaches sex drive... like Big Time ! Just a suggestion though...
