Usually on weekends I get up later than I would during the week, because I'm still in school. And sometimes Rhae (my dragon) will wake me up by scratching loudly at her tiles. Is this anything other than a way to get her lazy human to feed her breakfast? If I change positions or whisper her name...

As long as he's not eating things that have been treated with a fertilizer or bugs that could be toxic, like lightning bugs, I'm not sure you have much else to worry about.

Yeah, I hadn't really Beardie-proofed the area yet, but when she gets bigger she'll be allowed to roam around more. Maybe even become friends with the dog, who hates squirrels and rabbits but hasn't known what to do when Rhae crawls by.
