Yes I am also trying the cat food too. Just havent found one that has a "pleasent" smell. The cat food from what I understand has great protein, so that's good. I have 3\8 - 1/2" crickets so hopefully they gutload nice. I use Superworms mostly for my oldest, she pretty much wont touch anything...

I actually have that stuff as well, and my beardies wont touch it. I started to feed it to the crickets. Question: do you crush up the pellets or just leave it as is?

Yup I get the same oats. I grind it up because when I need to change the oats out I have to "sift" the little guys out cause they are too hard to catch. I bought allot of babies so.... plus I just started the other day trying to make beetles

The fish flakes give protien? Instead of using the RepCal, can I just go to VitaminShoppe and get powder calcium? What do you use for Superworms. I been grinding up Quaker Oats and putting in whole carrots. Can bread crumbs be used?

Does anyone know of a Great Dry Food w\Calcium for gutloading crickets?
