I'm using a digital thermometer and I'm putting the probe under the basking spot, which is about 5 inches away from the CHE itself. Right next to the CHE I have a 40 watt heat lamp I got from the hardware store, no light, just heat. For UV I have Reptisun 10.0 in a 16 inch fixture.

Try switching to a less expensive feeder like crickets. Alternatively, try to get your dragons to eat more greens and maybe some of the dry food they sell, which should last longer and be cheaper overall.

First off, love her name!! It's very classy, for a classy dragon haha. Second, I feel your pain: Domo went through brumation a while ago and my life was a little less bright, but alas he woke up and now we're back to hunting crickets and watching Netflix. Love her color, too! Just like Domo's!
