Mine looks bigger than that, and I still have a problem with my egg flats becoming moist.

I remember that they stop eating and start standing still in a weird position for a little bit, and excrete a weird green frass. Then they start trying to find a thing to spin on, which is when you move them to paper towel tubes or egg flats.

I kept my 1000 in a 30 gallon tote bucket. Didn't seem to change the die off speed :? Dubia aren't that hard to raise, nor are they time consuming. You will save time by not having to go to the pet store and buying crickets!

I'm pretty sure butter worms are preferred over wax worms, as wax worms are too high in fat. Silks and Horns are good worms to try!

Also, it would be smart to not put a non-human heating pad on the carpet. It seems like common sense, but there's a big melted hole in my carpet that would say otherwise :banghead: :oops:

Try putting the superworms in their salad, or try hand-feeding them a few.

I second that care sheet. Putting them into the fridge depends on whether or not you order them with the cold pack or not. I've only ordered the tanish colored eggs which are ready to hatch, so I wouldn't know about the refrigerated ones. I sure you can stagger your hatchings, but I don't...

This is actually really interesting. Some of these roaches look way more roachier :shock: Which is a bit scary.. The Panchlora nivea or Green Banana roach looks really interesting. It seems that more chameleon hobbyists breed these though. But the fact that they're bright green is awesome!

:shock: That must take a toll on your heating bill! Myself, I have two adults. At one point in time I had three adults, and really not that much different then caring for one (except the time is doubled!).
