Outside exposer

Hello my beardie Oscar is one years old how long should I have him outside being exposed to natural heat and sunlight it is quite humid where I live and temps are about 85°

They can be out for hours as long as there is adequate conditions including a shady area. Never put them out in a glass tank or a plastic tote if it's hot out, the glass + plastic absorb + magnify the heat.
