Is my beardie a healthy size?

Postby Hjballinger » Sat Dec 14, 2019 8:25 pm

My bearded dragon is about 15 months old and he seems smaller than other bearded dragons I’ve seen. He’s 19 inches long and about 430g. Is he a good size for an adult? I’ve seen others that seem much bigger than him. [Click image to enlarge]

Not all dragons are created equally in length. You dragon is a good length, a decent weight and, Very beautiful as well!
The wonderful world of bearded dragons is a magical land of mystery, enchantment, cuddles, love and, worry! A mysterious realm where things always seem to change in an instant and, the moment you think you have it all figured out, the rules change! You think you own your dragon, guess again. You are now a slave!!!

Hi there,

I agree, your dragon seems to be of about average size and weight. He looks nice and healthy anyways, and that's all that matters :)
