Hi there, this could be RI, but could also be something else. My dragon had similar symptoms and she ended up having gastric/liver issues being the cause,,

Could you please post some info on the temps, diet, and uvb/heat/terrarium set-up? It will help the vets/pros on this site to assist you with advice !

Hi there, is he/she doing this soon after a soak ? I saw the towels in the pics so I thought it might be. Sometimes they aspirate a bit of water which could lead to that type of breathing. And it's always good to put them back in the warm tank after a soak. It would be good to post all that info that Cuttlefish mentioned, too.
