How do I clean my tank. My dragon has multiple parasites and now I have to clean his tank. Any cleaning suggestions

You can bake everything that won't melt (wood and, rock) in your oven @ 250 for 45 minutes. You can use (on plastics) hot water with a good dish detergent and rinse twice with hot water. The tank can be cleaned with F10SC disinfectant or a 50/50 mix of vinegar and, water and wipe down with hot water for a rinse (let it air out before using again.
Or you can get new fixtures once the threat is gone.
