My Draco is about 1 to 2 months old i was told..but hes the size of my index finger if not smaller. when should i start to give him baths

you can give him baths now, just make sure the water is warm not too hot just enough were its nice and warm. just fill the tub up to nothing higher than his back. and dont leave him unattended.

Well thank you!! I was jsut worried because of his/her size, i really dont know how old draco is im almost postive hes not 4 months, he's the size a business card

no problem as long as you have had him for more than a couple of weeks then go ahead and give him a bath. because if you had him for a couple of days he is still getting used to his surroundings and will become stressed.
