Hi all,
I need a little advice as I am not sure what to do for the best. Back in June/July I had real problems with Jade, after many trips to the vet and much help from holly (Ethelia) he was diagnosed with an RI and was dewormed as he showed signs of dead parasites in his poop. He recovered very quickly and was soon a very active fun loving beardie again!!
I went away last weekend leaving my bf sister Jade sitting and I gave her a crash course on how to look after him in the days leading up to me going. When I got back Jade, although his appetite is still fantastic, has lost his activeness again and is suffering from smelly slimey diahorrea (sp?). After the dewormer and antibiotics his poo no longer had a smell but now it makes me gag. He is also passing liquid with it, not sure if this means he is over hydrated or now will be dehyrated from losing this fluid. :? I still have the dewormer in my fridge should I start him on it again? Is it too soon? Or is there anything I can offer him to make him better? Apart from this he seems very happy, gaping, basking, no black beards or stress marks. It seems he likes to keep me on my toes fretting about him!! lol
Thanks in advance,
Staz
