Yellow Squash and Red Bell Peppers

I decided to try adding to Figment's salads, so I bought a yellow squash and red bell peppers. My problem is, both seem to make his stools large and watery. Does anyone else find this? Does it just mean I'm feeding him too much of these water-rich veggies?

Bell peppers always make my guys stools watery.
Squash not so much but it definitely is high in water content so it's not unheard of
