Yeah, that's a very minor disfiguration of scales, possibly from rubbing on something or even a very slight nip from a clutchmate in the past. Nothing to worry about but you can put a dab of neosporin on it or better yet, raw honey or pure aloe. Raw honey is best because it is a natural antibacterial and does no harm if swallowed and actually tastes good. Just be sure there are no loose bugs hidden in the tank that would come out after the lights are out to try to eat at the area with honey on it.
