Worsening breathing on Baytril- vet not open until monday

My 7 year old bearded dragon is currently suffering from what the vet said may be a respiratory infection, and so I've been giving him .2ml of baytril daily via oral injection.
We're currently on day 3 with him and today I noticed his breathing was more harsh than before.
Is treating a respiratory infection supposed to get worse before it gets better?
Should I stop with the Baytril?
My vet isn't open until Monday and I was really hoping you guys could help.

I just answered your PM. I just need to confirm the strength of the solution to be sure his dose is correct for him. It can make some ill, yes if overdosed any.
Are you able to get the humidity down any at all?
