Today I woke up and went to check on my lizard and I picked him up and noticed he had a lump on his back right behind his head where most bearded dragons have those random black spots, one on each side. I hope you know what I'm talking about. But I'm really worried that it could be mbd, he has also had problems with bacterial infections before and I'm wondering if that could be it. I will take him to the vet, but I was wondering if anyone knows if MBD is curable if caught soon enough? He's a really small guy... :/ he's barely even three. I don't want him to die, I love him. It feels like something bit him, like... it's in the same shape that a bug bite would be on a human, you know... raised skin and stuff. But it doesn't seem like it's a growth, it just seems like something bit him and the area is swollen. At the top of the lump there was a tiny area of some dead skin. I'm really confused as to what this might be. Help, please :/
