So much for it being cooler toward the ocean! LOL Glad you were able to keep beardie happy. Our girl refused to stay in her viv. She can't stand for the gradient to be too high. Even though I was able to maintain ok basking temps, the cool side was too hot and she wasn't having any of it. Unfortunately, she is now VERY spoiled... wants out a lot during the day to sit in her "sunny" window. She was more than a little disappointed yesterday when her sunny window feature not sun, but strange wet stuff falling from the sky. "Huh?!" Poor beardie, she's going to have to adjust... fall is on the way!
I'm not sure how old my dragon is exactly, but she's quite young. I have some pictures posted in the "Photo Expressions" forum and I'm about to post some more I just took in a second.
Oh great, I'll head over and take a look!
I'm feeding my crickets left over salad from my beardie, potatos/orange slices, and flukers dry food.
Oh that's great... I've gotten into the habit of warning people about the orange cubes, as the container says "full cricket diet" even though it's really not. Reptile supplies are hopelessly unregulated. *sigh*
In total, I've fed my beardie about 50 crickets, probably more today. A little bit ago I offered her some crickets and she didn't go after them, or take them from tongs. I think she's full. LOL
LOL, I hear ya. Today I was feeding our girl some phoenix worms by hand (spoiled is she!), and when she's done she always bows her head down as if to say, "Enough already!"
The best,
