Worms for baby bearded dragon

Currently, I have a 1 month old baby bearded dragon named Jax. His current diet his crickets, I feed him twice a day. When, he is older I would like to feed him worms. I just want to know what types of worms should I feed him and at what age. I know that mealworms are hard to digest, I was considering silkworms but I can't find them anywhere. What worms are the best to feed around a 3 month old bearded dragon? 3 months is when I'm planning on changing his diet to worms

Black soldier fly larvae (also called Phoenix worms or reptiworms are an excellent staple. I believe you could even feed the small ones to a hatchling. Silkworms are also good but hard to find. You can order them online. You can also order eggs and hatch them yourself (this is what I do, it's pretty easy). Mulberry farms, rainbow mealworms, Josh's frogs are all good places that I have ordered from.
