I was on vacation for a Week. When I left he was in beautiful health, doing winderfully, his tank was spotless everything was picture perfect

And now Pancake went to this.

- Dirt clogging each nostril, but still useable.
-Looks like he's dehydrated/sunken eyes?
-Extremely restless
-pale patch of scales under his leg close to his vent.
-discololred scales under his belly...

Also do his eyes look swollen??

This is his odd speckled belly... there's another pale patch between my fingers.

He is in a 75 gallon with paptertowel but my bulb had broke the day I left so they replaced it with a 150 watt unstead of 160, and took his uvb light off...
I also came home to find rotted disgusting kale in his dish with dead super worms.
When I reached into his tank he was acting like no one had fed him the entire week.

I was m a d.

I still don't know what these patches are... does it look like stuck shed?
Those little speckled scales are flat against him and they won't pop up loosely like the surrounding scales...
I'm hoping it's not parasites or a bacterial/fungal infection... If this actually looks bad I will take him to the vet...

I've never had him sick before. ;;

Any owners know what the heck to do for this mess?

Poor baby.? Sorry I'm too new to the Dragon world for advice but I do believe I'd have some words of 'advice' for whoever was caring for him while you were gone.?

I'm sorry to hear he didn't get very good care. After just a week though, he should be able to bounce back. Offer some water by dripping it on his nose or let him drink in the bath if he enjoys baths. It looks like he is getting ready to shed so the area around the nostrils and vent should look better after that. The belly specks are pretty normal too and may stay that way or shed a scale at a time. I've seen that before.
