how wide/deep should a enclosure before a adult dragon?

Typically a 4' wide by 2' deep (8 square feet) interior floor space is considered the minimum for an adult beardie.

i've been looking around for a custom made enclosure and they're all 20' wide.

The minimum width for a dragon enclosure is 18 inches, larger than that is great but not strictly necessary. An enclosure with 20 inches in width is just fine as long as it has the length needed (preferably at least 4 ft long, although 3 is considered acceptable by some).
