Are you sure it's blood on both hands between the fingers ? hatchlings are very messy feeders, he may have simply stood in his food.
Is he housed with another hatchling/sibling ?
Show us his tank, there may be something that stands out as an obvious hazard or toe/finger, claw catch point.
If he is bleeding , he's either been bitten by his tank mate (if he has one) , or he's managed to get his claws or toes or finger hooked up on something in the tank or on something in the tank and hurt himself while panicing to release himself. This are the most likely causes....
Suggest you get some betadiene , and give the wound a soak in dilute (tea strength colour in luke warm (32oC) water each day while the injury is open to help avoid it getting infected. DON'T LET HIM DRINK DILUTE BETADIENE SOLUTION.
