whole worms in poop

sorry about the gross topic line, I couldn't think of anything better. Our two year old bearded dragon has not been digesting phoenix worms. We grew them to be the right size for her (we bought them small for our 2 month old) but I just noticed a whole one in her poop. This is the first time we have tried worms with them, the little one loves them an has had no problem and they never had issues crickets or dubias. Has anyone experienced this before? is there anything I can do short of not feeding her the worms any longer? I also want to make sure that there isn't some larger problem I should be aware of. Thanks!

This seems to happen some frequently with phoenix worms especially if they inhale them & don't fully chew them up. Maybe try feeding one at a time, or have you been?
The other insects you feed are normally digested though without any problems?

Hi! This happened to my little one when I first started her on Phoenix worms. From what I was taught, it is usually because they are either eating them too fast, or their basking temps aren't warm enough to digest them thoroughly. In my case, she was most definitely inhaling them. I feed them to her now one at a time, and haven't had that issue since.
