which worms ?

my dragon is 5 months old i feed her Phoenix worms and crickets and greens what other worms can i give her at her age

When she reaches 16 inches you can give her Superworms. Silkworms are nice once in a while and so are horned worms. Wax worms are fatty and should only be fed as an occasional treat. Never feed mealworms, they can cause impaction. How long is she right now?

Yah at that size you can def feed some of the smaller horned worms and silk worms if you want to give some variety. They are both very soft. If you can get Dubia Roaches they are better than crickets, and apparently dragons love them. I wish I could get them here
