Which thermostat?

I live in Kansas and our temps fluctuate a LOT. For example, right now it's 44 degrees outside. Last week it was around 80. It sure makes it hard to keep the tank temps correct.

I'm looking at thermostats online. There are a couple brands in the $25 range. (affordable since I need 2) Is there a preferred brand?

My only suggestion if you go with it is to use a thermometer alongside it to make sure you have it set in the right place.
