A pound of crickets is the same as a pound of Phoenix worms.

In all seriousness, if you are asking for affordability, I would think crickets offer the best ratio of price vs quantity. In regards to the amount of meat in them, pound for pound that would be Phoenix worms over crickets I would think, since they don't have shells and are all meat.

I'd choose crickets over the worms any day. They can be gut-loaded and with proper dusting are better than worms. They are also easier for me from an accessibility factor because I live down the road from many pet stores.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
