Which Dubias do I give my dragon?

I have a colony of Dubias which has been growing since Memorial Day. Thus far I have just been feeding an occasional adult male. I think I can start feeding off the colony now. But it pains me to feed an adult female. Should I feed off just large nymphs and not worry about it? Should I only feed skinny or non-gravid females?

I would rather not have 2 bins. Though I think in theory it would be best to put all current adults in a separate bin. Let them breed and after a few months feed off those original adults. That way I am feeding off "old" roaches and developing new young breeders.

NEVER Feed off adult females. You only need one adult male for every 5-10 females so you can always feed adult males off and large nymphs if you want. But never feed off your adult females they are the ones that keep your colony growing.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
