so i've been bothering the heck i'm sure out of my colony i just started up. Right now I have a probe thermometer that is half way down the egg trays in my 18'' rubbermaid. I'm wondering if that's where I should be measuring the temps to make sure it's around 82 - 90 degrees F. or if it should be measured in that range say on the inside wall of the plastic bin????? Because they are totally different readings. I'm thinking that a good place to measure temps is half way down the egg trays where most of them colonize, but i'm just not sure. Does anyone know?
