When should I slow down?

So, when should I stop feeding my beardie crickets 2x a day? I see a lot of conflicting info online about it

Also, I'm not really sure how old my boy is. My best guess is that he is almost 5 months (will be in a few days) -- he is 13" long and weighs 150g. When we got him in September he was 7" long and weighed 16g, and we think he was 2.5 months old then? Maybe?

Any advice is very appreciated.

In general:

3x a day until about 4-5 months
2x a day until about 14-18 months (ie till adult)
1x a day after that

The dragon will normally let you know when to change schedules, as his appetite should shift as he grows up and he'll actually start being not interested in the buggies during some feedings.

I was also interested in this. but my little dude is 15" and was born April 20th. (he was the clutch runt and didn't eat but 10 crickets a day or so his first month and a half with me.) I've read at about 9 months to a year, but since he was so small should I keep feeding him twice a day?
