When do they start enjoying veggies/fruits?

My boy is a little over 5 1/2 months old. He eats collard greens and dandelion greens daily but I haven't found anything else that he likes. I've offered butternut squash, carrots, red bell pepper, raspberries and strawberries. He wouldn't touch any of them. Some have said that they don't really start enjoying their "salads" and fruits until they're older. Or maybe I just have a picky dragon lol? Should I keep offering new things or stop wasting my money and just buy collard/dandelion greens for now? His salads look so boring!

It's really good that he's digging into the greens at all at that age. I would keep offering the salads so he's familiar with them as an available food source. That helps when they transition to primarily veg diet at around 12-18 months. The actual transition tends to be a slow process and varies between dragons depending on their rate of growth. As their growth slows they need less protein. For now, I'd just put the leftovers in the bug bin for your feeder bugs to eat. I give my salad extras to my dubia roach colony.
