What's this?

Hi all. Not sure were to put this so hopefully moderators can move it if needed?
I was cleaning today and found these under and almost buried in my fluffy draft excluder. I was hoping someone could tell me what they are. I'm quite worried that there roach eggs or something D:

They're about 1cm long, and all appear empty!

I keep locusts and red runner roaches on hand for the beardies , though I have kept calci worms and Mario worms about 6 months ago.

We've been told by an exterminator that these are hatched blue/green bottle fly larvae. Which makes sense as we had a pretty bad infestation about a month ago lol. Were advised to make sure no rubbish, spoiled food, snail food etc. Is left out and they should die pretty quickly xx

That makes sense. They look very similar to black soldier fly larvae after they hatch. They leave behind an empty dark shell.

I need it reminded me of something! I'm just pretty glad it's not dragon related so the landlords can't get mad
