Hi, guys here in England its already starting to get very cold  and at night my thermostat has come on to give out some heat as it drops to 20 degrees (67 F) so i have bought a ceramic bulb for the night so it doesn't wake me and the mrs up , anyway lately i have kept the ceramic bulb in during the day as it gives of the same temps as a incandescent bulb which i have always used i use a 100 watt bulb and i get between 100-105 F at the basking spot and at the cool end 83-85 F which are great, and im using a 100 watt ceramic bulb and i get the exact same temps at the basking spot and cool end all day which is great, so my question is would it be better to keep the ceramic bulb in permanently as i did read somewhere that they are better as they wont be to bright for the beadies eyes and they heat the beardie up better as it uses infrared and uva and warms them up better in there skin bones and helps with the digestion better than a incandescent bulb?
Can anyone point me in the right direction of which one is best to use?
Thanks.
