I've been feeding my beardie more and more as time goes on and he gets through mealworms and crickets so quickly. hes about 6 months old now and his head is about 1.5"-2" across at the widest point. I feed him twice a day, mornings and evenings, give him greens. before he got quite aggressive because I wasn't feeding him enough so when I started giving him more food, he calmed down. now recently hes starting doing it again but hes eating his fill.
My question is, can he have superworms? because they are much bigger and would fill him up more than mealworms or crickets. It's got to the point now that if I put my hand in there with greens for him he will bite my fingers and completely ignore the greens, he also does this with mealworms or crickets now.
I've noticed a pattern that he gets aggressive when he wants more food, I want to start giving him something bigger to fill him up more. I handle him every day (unless he is shedding) and always after feeding so he is more docile.
can I start getting super worms? before anyone asks he has adequate UVB and heat etc
