What should i feed my 6 month old beardie and how often?

Hello My names Alexis i own a 6 month old little beardie i have been feeding him baby crickets and small meal worms so far but i wanted to introduce greens and fruits into his diet i was wondering how long do i wait until he would be ok to eat those kind of foods?

he shud have been eating greens from the beggining. greens as in collards, dandelion, turnip, kale. butternutsquash, some fruits. supperworms, butterworms[treat], hornworms, roaches, silkworms. all those r great choices for a month old beardie. i have a 5 month old GG and shes 16 inches eating all these things.

see but hes not that big tho hes little like not even 12 inches yet i got him about 3 months ago i added 2 months thinkin maybe thats how old they have to be before they sell them? so maybe hes only at the most 3 or 4 months old? ive been pnly feeding him meal worms and crickets because hes little and he dosent really like his greens right now which i was told was normal for lil guys like him hell pick at them but not full on eat them

i feel u. try giving him sum waxworms. juhs to gain a lil weight. not too many juhs sum. n not so much mealworms, hard to digest. i remember this one time, with my first beardie, knuklez[bloodXsunburst], he overdose on mealworms n they all came out undigested in his poop. like u can see them there n it was a bunch :? .

Your beardie at 6 mos. should be eating 2 x a day. Offer him all the crickets he can eat within a 10 minute period of time. Always make sure that the crickets/feeders are no bigger than the space between his eyes.
As the above poster mentioned... the mealworms are hard for the smaller beardies to digest, which can lead to impaction problems.
