What lights should my 1-3 month beardie bask under HELP

What should i let him bask under ? Does he bask under the Heat Bulb or The Uvb Bulb ? I have a Zilla Daywhite light and a Reptisun 10.0 PLEASE Help , and are those lights okay ? hes a small one like about 5 to 7 weeks , he’s red, Leatherback
The uvb is in the middle the day white light heat lamp is on the right , he has a hiding rock and theres leaves that he can limb up to the green hammock and he would be right under the heat lamp by 6-7 inches away , i have a heat pad in the middle of the tank , On the wide side not under it where he cant climb or reach , (i live in michigan so its cold and house temperture goes low but not lower than 60 , his tank never goes under 80 degrees , should i put the heat lamp in the middle and the uvb on the right ? or is it good ? idk if i can post a picture or not . oh yeah they are both black domes , like the ones that get hot , the bulb is the coil one but the straight one not the one that twists around its not the long ones that go across the tank

So for the basking light as long as it gets the surface to 100-110 its fine, put the basking light on one side. I suggest getting a new uvb since yours is compact. The reptisun t5 ho 10.0 is a great bulb. The compact/coil ones dont give off enough uvb so if he goes to the other side he wont get uvb at all and if he cant get within 4 inches of the compact bulb he wont get any uvb either. And the screen also effects that. But for now until you get a new uvb keep the uvb beside the basking light.
Im just gonna ask a few other questions
Whats his substrate/bedding?
Whats the tank size?
What are you feeding him? (insects, veggies ect)
How are you hydrating him?
How long have you had him?
How many times a day are you feeding him?

Im broke rn so i dont have enough money to buy that i just bought him a regular 10.0 reptisun for now until the end of this week , the basking light is the heat light right ? not the reptisun ? , he has the green reptile substrate , i dont get particle stuff because ik he can die from it , its a 10 gallon , i have a 20 long but he”s 2 small and the one he is in now is perfect , what do you mean by hydrating ? like misting him with water once a day , yeah i do that , ive had him for 6 days hes a young one he’s atleast 4 1/2 inches , i feed him medium crickets , he eats atleast 15- 20 a day , feed him for 15 minutes a day , he’s really active and happy i just dont want him to day , i trades him for my iguana and crested gecko because i wanted him so hopefully what he has now is good , and i feed him like 2 or 3 tiny slices of vegtables no romaine or iceberg - oh yeah is the bulb too long for my 10 gallon and would it fit on my 20 long too ? can i have the long bulb and the heat lamp there too ?

A baby or juvenile is never to small for a 20 gallon trust me, in 10 gallons they easily overheat. I suggest moving him to the 20 gallon, and yes the basking light is the heat lamp. Put the heat lamp and uvb next to eachother until you can get a tube light, make sure its a t5 10.0 by zoo med. Your going to want to feed them two to three times a day instead of just once a day. Make sure 5 times a week you give him calcium with or without d3 and multivitamins 2 times a week. To dust them put them in a tall cup and shake them around and then give them to him. The bulb can be as short as 18 inches however i suggest getting a 22" as it can fit on a 20 and 40 gallon perfectly. What type of veggies are you feeding? He also sounds only a month or less old so hes going to need 3 feedings every day then.

does the reptisun tube go at the end of the cage and the dome still on the cage or does the tube have heat/uvb/and uva or can you give me some advice on setting the light and heat , if i think crickets are too much can i powder butter worms 2 times a week and feed him butterworms insted , i heard meal worms have like a hard shell , so i only give him one or 2 small ones as a treat , i really want this pet to be succsesfull , and do i powder them with the rapashy stuff or can you tell me what brand ? Basically the uvb tube goes across the whole enclosure.You will need the heat lamp as well on the tank on one side. I'd suggest feeding him crickets/dubia roaches/calciworms three times a day, either one of those feeders can be used as staples(all the time). I use repti-cal calcium and repti-cal multivitamins. Mealworms almost have nothing good in them honestly, same with superworms. I can take a pic of my juveniles 20 gallon in a minute to help you out with how it looks, her uvb tube is a bit larger than 22" but generally this is how you'd want it setup.

Heres her light setup, she has her uvb tube going across the 20 gallon and then her heat lamp on one side so she can thermoregulate properly. I do have the screen out of the way for the middle and cool side of the tank but thats just so she can get more uvb, usually t5 10.0's are powerful enough to give correct uvb through screen mesh.
