What is Wrong with my Beardie?

Hello Everyone,

I am really worried about my Dragon, he has been very lethargic the past week, and when I came home he was all balled up in his hide-which he never does. I am afraid to move it because I do not want to scare him or make it worse.

I did notice a little bit of shed in his enclosure, his temp was about 94, on the warm side. And he is over a year old. I just don't know what I should do at this point.

Hi there.....he's probably fine, many larger dragons will do that in the late summer/ fall. Some are nearing brumation time when they may sleep for a few weeks/months. Some just slow down for a bit without actually sleeping, so as long as he's healthy + good weight there should be no problem. Are his temps. the same as they've always been ? Is his UVB bulb still producing UVB ? Some of them continue to produce light but lose their effectiveness as far as producing the needed UVB rays after 6 months. What type of UVB do you use ?
