Try Phoenix worms!!! I bought a box of 500 Phoenix worms for my friend to feed her juvenile Beardie and the Beardie loves it!!!

Just an fyi because I made this mistake - phoenix worms are not like crickets where you have to buy them extra small in order for your baby to eat them. My guy started on phoenix worms when he was 3 weeks old. At first he was eating the smalls but as soon as that order ran out I started getting him the mediums. They're quite tiny and since they are soft body you don't quite have to follow the rule about them being the same size as the space between the eyes.

I have had great experiences with getting them directly from the source: phoenixworm.com. Their prices are pretty competitive and their shipping rate is very good.

What Fizzylady said. They are pretty small. Even the large aren't really that big. I feed Harley who is 8 inches long the large ones and she pretty much woofs those down in 1 or maybe 2 chews. I started her on mediums and unless they were the bigger of the mediums, she would ignore them but then again she seems to ignore anything that is small. She likes her dubias big and her phoenix worms big. She is spoiled and won't even eat crickets anymore :?

There is a reason waxworms haven't been mentioned. You asked for good worms to feed.

I believe that silkworms are the best worms to feed your pet. Silkworms are packed with nutrition and are great for all sized dragons! They may be a little bit expensive you when buy them live and a little more work than crickets or any other feeder, but well worth it. You can buy 250 eggs and the specific food you feed them for $20! Just have to do a little research about them first and read up on them. They grow very fast, but you can stop that and keep them at a desired size! I believe they go from egg to cocoon in 28 days. Which is 1 cm babies to up to 3 inches long in a month. Pretty incredible! Just my input :p

What about flightless fruit flies? Do any of you know if those are good to feed?

I do not. But silkworms have been a breeze for me and I wouldn't go back to anything else, as a staple.

Dubia roaches are still my "go to" feeder. Lots of meat, easy to gut load and even easier to raise/breed. But I do want to try silkworms.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
