Weird spot on head?

Hey sorry for coming here again. Today while I was cuddling my dragon I noticed a weird spot on her head.

(If you zoom in it’s near the middle of the top of her head)
Her eating, drinking, and actions have all been fine. She’s been completely normal but I am worried.

Hey uh, an we hurt that? Becuse I may have scratched at it on accident more then a few times when I was scratching my beardie head

I don't think it's any more sensitive than other scales based on what I've seen.
