Weird question: poop-related glass surfing

Our dragon Rhaegal glass surfs whenever he poops. He’s perfectly happy and calm any other time but on the days he poops, he starts glass surfing immediately and doesn’t stop for several hours. Eventually he’ll tire himself out and stop. By the next day he’s fine again.
His poops look normal - size, consistency, color, etc. No blood, but the only thing I can think is he might be in pain? It’s impossible to tell though. He had a vet visit back in Nov and everything checked out fine.
Has anyone experienced this?

Norbert runs from his poop. I noticed it more when he is in his play yard. He will poop and jet all the way across it to avoid it.
