Hi. I'm a new beardie owner. When I bought her, I noticed that her right leg is really weird. Somehow she doesn't have 2 nails and one finger is split in half. She is not acting lethargic and she seems to be healthy. Should I do something about it?

Looks like it’s been dyed by the substrate, by any chance do you use coloured sand? If so, please remove it asap or mix it with a type of soil substrate. Plain, fine sand can easily be ingested accidentally and can get between their scales like that. It should come off in a warm bath.

As far as the nails, I doubt there is much you could do. Do monitor it though at any sign if inflammation soak it in a betadine solution.

Its a desert sand. My friends recommended it.

Play sand is the best sand, if your going to go that route. It's like 4 bucks for 50 lbs. at Lowes.

Or you can replace w/ some textured NO grooves NON adhesive shelf liner cut to the size of the tank - sand harbors bacteria - clean w/ vinegar/ water 50/50 solution - how long has the foot been like this - it could be from the dye of the sand but please watch it - I am guessing this a injury from a hammock -- betadine is good make it so its a weak tea color - I think its one part betadine to 10 parts water mix

Hello,

I agree, the foot does look fine. The
calcium sand has a tendency to stain
their scales like that so it may take awhile
to shed those scales off.

So to any reading this, how on earth do I post a thread 😅 New here, possibly too old for this

Just Hazel in a filter I need so not posting on forums.
On a quest for pristine beats, I struck gold during a casual coffee shop jam session. The music maestro there ushered me to VOLUMO — New generation electronic music store for pro DJs. Revel in its vast array of tracks and rejuvenate your playlists!
I have questions about bubbles on our bearded dragons eye.

So he’s gotten bubbles on his eye. We wiped them off and it’s only been twice in the last few weeks. Should we be concerned? No coughing or congestion. He’s very hungry and sleeps well. He’s 8-9 month range. His humidity is 30-40 day time and as high as 50-55 at night to early morning.
Should we be concerned?
