Weird color change! Never seen this before!

My bearded dragon's beard and little neck flaps just turned completely black out of no where! Her tummy markings aren't showing at all. We do have a male beardie across the room from her that she can see and for the first time ever she open her mouth wide and slung her head side to side!
Is something wrong with her or is it just our male??
We got our male about a week ago and they've bobbed and wave at each other before but she's never done this! Please help!

It's very stressful in general, your dragons need to be out of sight from each other. Even females can develop a dark beard, but are you sure she's a she ?

Hello, as AHBD said, get them to where they cannot see each other. It will stress them out. Keep them away from each other at ALL times.

She is DEFINITELY a female. We got her from a proffesional beardie breeder that sexed her, I've sexed her myself, and I've gotten a second opinion from a separate proffesional reptile vet. She doesn't normally have a black beard but I've since made sure they can't see each other and haven't had any problems since! Thank you everybody!
