Waxworms as treats

I know waxworms are super high in fat, but they were the only soft worm I could find for my 4 month old as a treat for Christmas. I was wondering what the "dose" would be for a ~50g beardie so he doesn't become overweight? I have 50 worms so I want to use them all before they die or pupate. Do I need to be feeding them anything, too? Thanks!

Keep them cool and they'll kind of go dormant and will last longer and not grow much. The "dosage" is kind of up to you. I've seen people give one a day and some give one per week. When Maggie gets them she refuses to eat anything else so we have to be careful with them. a lot of people refer to them as "beardie crack". I wish they sold them in like 10 packs.
