Washing Beardie?

Hi all,

Got my new beardie today and I did what it said after shipping to give her a warm bath, she really needed it because she had a lot of poop in her beard. I rubbed it with a baby toothbrush and managed to get most of it off but even after a second bath this evening she still smells and has some poop right against her skin in her beard. Can I use any soap on her? How can I clean her beard? She is 6 months old and 118g so not super delicate.
